type='html'>&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 Plátanos de castilla muy maduros.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 taza de media crema.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 kg de queso fresco.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 barra de mantequilla.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;PREPARACIÓN:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepara los plátanos para freir, antes de quitar la cascara aplastalos ligeramnte con tu mano solo para ablandar un poco la pulpa.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Retira la cascara y haz un corte a lo largo del plátano sin partirlo totalmente&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ponlo en una sartén con aceite bien caliente y fríelo hasta que se dore un poco&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Retíralo e inmediatamente aplícale una cucharada de  mantequilla, ponle la media crema al gusto, desmenuza un poco de queso encima del plátano y listo a /&gt;•    varita apio.&lt;br /&gt;•    gr barra mantequilla.&lt;br /&gt;•    cda al raz de pimienta negra molida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Preparación&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.    Escurre muy bien los ostiones.&lt;br /&gt;2.    Pica la cebolla finamente así como el apio y el ajo, si lo prefieres el ajo lo puedes moler.&lt;br /&gt;3.    Acitrona muy bien la cebolla con la mantequilla.&lt;br /&gt;4.    Agrega el apio y el ajo, que se acitronen muy poco ya que después se terminara de cocer.&lt;br /&gt;5.    Agrega los ostiones escurridos y revuelve, incorpora la pimienta negra espolvoreándola y sin dejar de mover.&lt;br /&gt;6.    Los ostiones van a soltar agua, no la retires y déjala para que todo se cueza a fuego lento.&lt;br /&gt;7.    Déjalo hervir (aproximadamente 3 a 5 minutos) y los ostiones estén bien cocidos, pruébalos antes de agregar sal pues el jugo de los ostiones es de por si salado.&lt;br /&gt;8.  &lt;li&gt;Hervir por 5 minutos  el capulin en  dos litros de agua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;li&gt;Exprime (no licue) el capul&amp;iacute;n en el agua &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;li&gt;Cuele el agua y pongala a hervir &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;li&gt;En un tazon disuelva la masa en agua &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;li&gt;Cuando empiece a hervir el agua de capul&amp;iacute;n agrege la masa poco a poco sin dejar de mover,&lt;br /&gt;                          si lo desea mas espeso agrege un poco mas de masa. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Prepara una salsa de tomate: cuece los tomates y los chiles, cuando esten cocidos licua 2 rodajas de cebolla y sofriela en una cacerola, licua el tomate y los chiles, agregalo en la cacerola con 3/4 de taza de agua y dejelo hervir 10 mins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Prepara la tortilla: toma un poco de masa y hazla bolita como una bola de helado,  usando una tortillera haz una tortilla gorda (gruesa) pero teniendo cuidado de no presionar mucho y girala 180 grados para que quede del mismo grosor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Cuece la tortilla en el comal previamente precalentado a fuego medio, solamente una vez debes voltear la tortilla: esto es cuando se empiezen a formar lunares negros debajo de la tortilla volteala y espera mas lunares para que sepas que ya esta cocida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pon la tortilla cocida en un plato y picala mientras agregas una cocharadita de mantecaagrega un poco de sal y cortala en trozos de manera tradicional (con una cuchara sopera de peltre) si se te dificulta cortala en cuadros usando un cuchillo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Para servir ponla en un plato y bañala en bastante salsa, presentala espolvoreando con queso y cebolla picada , acompañala con huevo o una rica cecina.
